Exceptional service. Unparalleled experience and individual focus.

Decker Wealth Management, LLC draws on the more than 125 years of experience among our professionals to utilize technology and research found at the largest firms on Wall Street to provide our clients with intelligent, practical and unbiased advice that is dedicated to one objective, your best interests.

What do we mean when we say “your best interests”?

We are a fiduciary. We are proud to be a fiduciary, and we wouldn’t serve our clients in any other capacity. Wall Street has long had one objective; selling you an investment to serve its own objectives. Being a fiduciary means that no matter what investment we make on your behalf, when your circumstances or the conditions of that investment change, we must do what’s best for you. Wall Street has spent years of time and millions of dollars fighting a fiduciary standard. We embrace it.

Our Process

We don’t sell anything. We rely on the trust and confidence of our clients, and we pledge to honor that precious trust and confidence.

With great intention, we are not going to measure — as our sole objective of our effectiveness for you — your investment performance against an index that does not contemplate how a decision might affect your retirement or the legacy you leave to the ones you love. We begin with a plan that is centered around your goals and the durability of those goals, considering your current and future financial situations.

As our relationship deepens, we utilize industry leading technology through our custodial relationships, performance reporting, and financial planning platforms to craft and monitor an investment plan that endeavors to set you on a course to reaching your goals. We pledge to use the finest tools available to manage your wealth and remain accessible to you to address any concern you may have.

Relationships & Reporting

Whether you’re a longtime client or considering beginning a relationship with us, we welcome you to our website and hope it will serve as a useful resource.

As a registered investment advisor (RIA), Decker Wealth Management provides honest, intelligent, and unbiased advice — with exceptional service. Our goal is to enable you to grow your personal wealth by applying financial acuity to your unique situation. This is our core strength and our source of pride.

Founded by William S. (Bill) Decker, a seasoned financial advisor, Decker Wealth Management provides a combined 100 years of experience in the financial services industry. Before establishing Decker Wealth Management, Bill served in leadership roles for a major brokerage firm and one of the nation’s top banks.

At Decker Wealth Management, we provide the experience and tools offered by major financial institutions, coupled with a high level of individual service. In short, we leverage the strengths found in large organizations, while also providing a more nimble and client-focused structure.

Our approach, built over decades of helping clients manage their wealth, includes three important steps:

  1. Build a detailed, intimate understanding of your individual situation.

  2. Develop an appropriate, personalized strategy for managing your wealth.

  3. Implement, manage, and adjust that investment strategy over time.

While the first two steps take a good deal of time at the beginning of a relationship, the third step — managing and adjusting your investment strategy over time — is where we spend most of our effort on an ongoing basis. Our process here, honed over time to seem simple but still encompass the appropriate level of detail, is based on an intelligent knowledge of the markets and solutions available to investors. We do the background work to identify an appropriate and cost-effective means of building diversification and opportunity into your personalized portfolio.

At Decker Wealth Management, we have made significant investments in technology and resources to provide clients with the most advanced financial services, whether that be in terms of advice, management, or reporting.

We are honored by our clients’ trust and seek every day to deserve the important role that we play in their lives. Please give us a call if we can assist you or your family.
